fulfil women's fashion accessories aspirations to be able to
purchase all her designer accessories at one location from her home,
office or anywhere in the world.

You may review the items in the basket and delete an item from your
basket, click on the 'remove' button next to the item. To modify the
number of items click update basket and key in new quantity.
You may resume shopping after viewing your shopping basket just

Please note that until an item is purchased another customer can
still purchase it.

All deliveries are made by our courier service and therefore your
order will be shipped once payment has been approved, the address
has been verified and the fashion accessory is in stock.
The delivery charge is a flat rate anywhere within the UK.
Value of goods up to £30 £2.50 p+p
Value of goods £30.01 - £55 £4.50 p+p
Value of goods £55.01 upwards £6.50 p+p
We aim to deliver all packages within 1-2 days to our customers
residing in the UK. 1-2 day delivery periods will be endeavoured for
clients living in New York City, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Italy, Monaco,
Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan,
Singapore, South Africa, Channel Islands, Canada, Gibraltar, Malta,
Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and USA. A 3 day delivery period for
Australia.
Once the three requirements listed above have been met.
The transport costs are calculated depending on the size, weight and
destination of your package.
The customer final invoice will be detailed for approval prior to
the completion of the purchase. TAXES
All prices on ACCESSORIES LOUNGE.COM website are inclusive of UK
VAT.
At the check out procedure the customer will pay taxes according to
the country of destination for the purchase. This information is
used to then calculate the custom duties and sales taxes of the
listed country by the customer. INSURANCE
ACCESSORIES LOUNGE.COM insures each purchase during the time it
is in transit until it is delivered. The insurance of the goods
ceases when the customer receives the goods. CANCELLATION,
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to modify,
exchange or cancel your order please return our email acknowledging
receipt of your order stating your wish to modify or cancel your
order.
If your order has already been fully processed, it may already have
been dispatched, in which case you should follow the returns policy.
Returns, exchanges and late cancellations. If you are not happy with
your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size you may
cancel your order at any time during the cancellation period by
providing us with a notice of cancellation. The cancellation period
commences as of the date you receive our email acknowledging receipt
of your order and ends on the seventh working day following receipt
of the merchandise by you or, in the case of gifts, the person who
received them.
In the event of returns, exchanges or cancellations, we require that
you return the new and unused goods to us in their original
packaging with all the original labelling attached. Please contact
our customer services on email to returns@accessorieslounge.com if
you require any further information regarding returns, exchanges or
cancellations.
PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the
item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not
accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases,
the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.
ACCESSORIES LOUNGE.COM is not responsible for any item that is not
returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any
additional questions you may have with a customer service
representative when you contact us for a customer returns number.
We offer a free returns process using international couriers if you
return the goods within 7 working days of delivery. We request that
all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your notice of
cancellation or return order.
In order to facilitate the return of your order you must obtain a
customer returns number by emailing us at returns@accessorieslounge.com
within the cancellation period. This will serve as a notice of
cancellation. This customer returns number should be written on your
original invoice and on the return shipping label. We request that
returns are shipped through our carrier. We will enclose a list of
all DHL offices around the world so you can contact your local
office for pickup. You should make the goods freely available for
collection by DHL at a mutually convenient time (which, in the
absence of exceptional circumstances, must be within 14 days of the
day that notice of cancellation was given). The return address is
stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods.
Failure to obtain an customer returns number or return goods using
DHL does not affect your statutory rights.
Alternatively you may return the cancelled goods to us by any other
secure means although we do not accept liability for returned goods
if you do not return them to us via DHL. Our address for all returns

request that you contact us as set out below in relation to such
returns.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the
stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have
the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. For further

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of
cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will
be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales
taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges, duty
for non-EC territories (where applicable) and recovery costs.
Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes are excluded
on shipments outside the European Community (EU). LEGAL
